If you have withdrawed from the contract, we will redeem all payments received from the client within 3 – 5 working days, including delivery costs (except for additional costs associated with the fact, that you chose another delivery type, different from our standard delivery). For the repayment, we use the same payment method that you used when concluding the contract, unless another repayment method was agreeded, in any case you do not incur additional costs for the return of payment. We may hold the repayment until the goods are returned or until confirmation has been received, that you have sent the goods back, depending on what happened before.
You must return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of the order cancellation. The deadline is considered fulfilled if you sent the goods before the expiration of the specified period. You must pay for the possible loss of value of the goods, if the loss of value is due to a deterioration in the quality, properties and functions of the goods from improper handling.
In the event of a return, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs of returning such products, which cannot be returned by normal post, do not exceed 500.00 euros.
